Electrical Superintendent

Education and Experience

• Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of electrical codes and standards and their application to construction activities. Experience with electrical safety practices including lockout/tagout procedures. Understanding of construction productivity drivers and workforce planning. Ability to monitor and enforce compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Experience coordinating with subcontractors, engineering, and field supervision. Ability to support planning, sequencing, and execution of electrical scope on complex construction projects.
