Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITPs), and checklists.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in electrical works (preferably in construction or industrial projects).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for all electrical works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve electrical materials, drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation, reports, and maintain records for audits.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.
