- We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor to join our operations team.
- In this role, you will oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, supervise technical personnel, and ensure equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to support production goals, minimize downtime, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment efficiency and performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- ✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, maintenance, or industrial operations environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
- Experience supervising technicians, contractors, or maintenance teams.
- Understanding of workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
