Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor.
The role involves overseeing and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing equipment performance.
Key responsibilities
include conducting inspections, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating maintenance operations.
The candidate will also lead a team of technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance teams effectively
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management practices to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Proficiency in performing detailed Inspections and executing Maintenance tasks to maintain safety and reliability
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude in electrical or mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical fields are an asset
- Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus
