Role
Full-time, on-site Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role based in Jeddah.
Oversees electrical maintenance across construction and operational sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily electrical maintenance activities.
- Diagnose electrical issues and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate priorities and resources with project managers, engineers, and technicians.
- Train and guide staff, implement best practices, and improve maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong maintenance team supervision and workload coordination experience.
- Electrical maintenance proficiency, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of electricity principles in construction and industrial environments.
- Electrical engineering background and ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Hands-on experience with panels, motors, transformers, and control systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety standards, local regulations, and electrical work permits.
- Able to document work, prepare reports, and use maintenance management software.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction, operation, and maintenance project experience is an advantage.
