- Direct daily activities for the electrical crew, ensuring high productivity and quality of workmanship.
- Translate blueprints, and technical specifications into actionable tasks for the team.
- Conduct daily "Toolbox Talks" to brief the team on safety and the day’s objectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks on-site to prevent project delays.
- Prepare material requisitions and ensure all necessary tools and components are available on-site.
