About This Role
Direct daily activities for the electrical crew, ensuring high productivity and quality of workmanship.
Translate blueprints, and technical specifications into actionable tasks for the team.
Conduct daily "Toolbox Talks" to brief the team on safety and the day’s objectives.
Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks on-site to prevent project delays.
Prepare material requisitions and ensure all necessary tools and components are available on-site.
