Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• · Supervise and lead field crews on construction and service job sites.
• · Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• · Ensure installations, repairs, and project work are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and company standards.
• · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• · Monitor project progress and communicate updates to Project Managers and supervisors.
• · Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and other trades to maintain workflow and project schedules.
• · Inspect work performed by field teams to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
• · Identify and resolve field issues, installation conflicts, and material shortages.
• · Assist with system startup, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and turnover activities as required.
• · Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and project documentation.
• · Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• · Train, mentor, and support technicians, apprentices, and other field personnel.
• · Participate in project meetings and communicate project needs, risks, or concerns.
• · Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition.
• · Provide professional customer service while interacting with clients, facility personnel, and project stakeholders.
• · Support project completion, punch list activities, and project closeout requirements.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• · High school diploma or GED required.
• · Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial construction, installation, service, maintenance, or related field operations.
• · Previous experience leading crews or supervising field operations preferred.
• · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• · Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• · Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices.
• · Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• · Proficiency with mobile technology, timekeeping systems, and project documentation tools preferred.
• · Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
