• The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $36,000 to $72,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• In This Role:
• Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as directed by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
• Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
• Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Able to push, pull, squat, crawl, and walk on large construction sites. These sites may have varying climates and environments.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking at extensive building projects in various climates.
• Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
• Basic computer skills preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
