• The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600-$68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• In This Role:
• Must have the ability to lead a crew of 10-15 installers.
• Must be capable of running a small project. (Up to 10 Installers) for 1-3 weeks.
• Must be proficient with conveyor sub-system layout electrical drawings.
• Must be proficient in wire pulling and cable layout (ASI, E-net, other comm. Cabling).
• Must possess good working knowledge of NEC.
• Must possess the ability to motivate and direct others in an efficient and respectable manner.
• At least an OSHA 30 certification is required for this position.
• Must lead by example.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to take direction.
• Must mentor subordinates in a professional manner.
• Must be capable of training and coaching subordinates
