Role Overview
Applus+ is seeking experienced Specialist Electrical Engineers to support a major Oil & Gas refinery project in Ruwais, UAE.
The selected candidates will provide technical expertise in electrical systems, asset reliability, incident investigations, and maintenance improvement initiatives for critical electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical incident investigation
- Condition assessment of critical electrical assets
- Reliability and gap assessments
- Maintenance and performance improvement support
• UPS / VSD / Power Electronics
- HV / MV / LV / EHV Switchgear
Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of experience within Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial environments.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical asset reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working on large-scale industrial or refinery projects is highly desirable.
