- The Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting electrical design review, execution monitoring, authority coordination, and compliance across development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
- ****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****
- Review electrical designs including MV, LV, and Low Current systems.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical compliance.
- Support liaison with utility authorities for load approvals and service connections.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
- Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.
- Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in managing project budgets and cost control processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.
- Support value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- ****Qualifications****
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional certification (Saudi Council of Engineers) preferred.
- ****Experience****
- **6-10 years of experience**
- in real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, and villa developments preferred.
- ****Knowledge****
- Strong knowledge of MV, LV, and Low Current systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.
- Understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.
- ****Skills****
- Strong technical review and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
