We are looking to appoint an Electrical Site Engineer with strong expertise in both design and execution to support the delivery of high-quality projects within the real estate sector.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with solid field experience in managing electrical systems execution, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered according to technical standards and project timelines.
Role Overview
The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical works, reviewing and coordinating electrical designs, and ensuring proper execution of power, lighting, low current, and electrical distribution systems in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination capabilities, and hands-on project execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage electrical site activities including power, lighting, low current, and distribution systems.
- Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and ensure proper implementation on-site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports, technical submittals, material requests, and progress updates.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues on-site efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements
