  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex, embedded electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with the following core concepts: Schematic and layout design Analog & digital circuit design and simulation DC power supply circuit design and simulation EMC design practices and debugging Standard communication buses: SPI, I2C, I2S, UART, CAN, USB, etc. Microprocessor-based embedded system design
  • Schematic and layout design

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tool suite.
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years’ experience design, testing, and validating high-speed PCB designs.
  • Quality Certification: ASQ DFSS Greenbelt or similar.
  • Knowledge of the following advanced topics: Power & Signal Integrity design, simulation, and measurement Image based signaling protocols such as MIPI CSI-2, LVDS, HDMI Motors and motor control (BLDC, Stepper)

  • This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site. Travel Expectation, 10% (Domestic and International). Position may require early morning or late-night meetings with development teams in Asia & Europe.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
