Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and at least (3) years of relevant experience; or Six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree; or an Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, and system integration concepts.
  • Experience supporting electrical system design, testing, troubleshooting, or sustainment activities.
  • Proficiency with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar engineering and analysis applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Air Force, Department of Defense, or other government engineering standards and requirements.
  • Experience supporting test, evaluation, research, development, or operational engineering environments.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects involving complex systems and infrastructure.
  • Schedule: M-F; 8-5
  • Work Location: Onsite at Eglin AFB, FL
  • Travel: 0-10%
