Role Overview
The Electrical Engineer will join the Anthro MEPHFC Design Team.
The role focuses on rail station or building electrical services design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor technical submittals for client approval.
- Produce electrical designs to project requirements.
- Develop designs from feasibility through as-built production.
- Produce design proposals for agreement with clients and project stakeholders.
- Write requests for information and meeting minutes.
- Maintain trackers, registers, and schedules.
- Carry out design reviews and follow design assurance processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience in rail station or building electrical services design and coordination.
- Experience in an engineering production environment.
- Experience with multidisciplinary design coordination and project delivery through all design stages.
- Experience working with 3D models in a BIM environment.
- Experience producing drawings, schedules, and calculations.
Technical Skills
- Ability to find solutions to engineering problems.
- Capability to manage design interfaces and integration processes.
- Knowledge of British Standards and Regulations.
- Knowledge of project scopes, requirements, and works information.
- Awareness of delivering work to a programme and budget.
- Good understanding of electrical systems from a technical and design perspective.
- Experience using Trimble/Amtech Pro Design, Dialux, or Relux.
