Electrical Engineer role with a consulting company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Familiarity with Qatar regulations, standards, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Valid UPDA certification, Grade B or Grade C, will add value; it is not stated as mandatory.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical design software and calculation tools is an advantage.
- Revit MEP and BIM coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, lighting, earthing, and electrical safety requirements.
Role duties
- Contribute to electrical engineering projects at a consulting company.
- Support electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate engineering and project activities.
