Electrical Engineer – Solar PV Experience And Renewable Energy
We are looking for an
Electrical Engineer with Renewable Energy / Solar PV experience
to join our growing team and support the execution of solar projects with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
Candidates with
Dewa Solar Pv Certification Training
will have an advantage.
Candidates who are eligible and willing to obtain the certification are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of solar PV systems.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and technical assessments.
- Review and prepare
- electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and AutoCAD layouts
- .
- Assist in solar PV system design, cable routing, equipment selection, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for project execution.
- Prepare site reports, inspection records, and commissioning documentation.
- Monitor system performance and support maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with
- DEWA regulations, safety standards, and project requirements
- .
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Electrical Engineering
- or related field.
- Proven experience in
- Solar PV installation, EPC projects, or renewable energy projects
- .
- Strong knowledge of the complete
- solar project lifecycle (design to commissioning)
- .
- Experience with
- AutoCAD, electrical drawings, and solar PV layouts
- .
- Good understanding of
- solar PV materials, equipment, procurement, and market trends
- .
- Knowledge of PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, DC/AC cables, protection systems, and monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with
- DEWA regulations and construction requirements
- .
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
