Electrical BIM Modeler

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling for building projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Good understanding of electrical building services, including lighting, power distribution, cable containment, and electrical room layouts.
• Ability to interpret electrical design drawings, specifications, and coordinated MEP layouts.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, model coordination, and drawing production.
• UAE/Gulf project experience is preferred.
• Experience working with MEP consultants or engineering consultants is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
