Required Qualifications

  • Previous electrical assembly experience is strongly preferred and may be required.
  • Experience wiring GFCIs, receptacles, load centers, GenPlugs, or similar electrical components.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Understanding of electrical loads, line configurations, and wire gauges.
  • Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read assembly blueprints or technical drawings.
  • Experience operating hand and power tools.
  • Ability to safely operate a pallet jack or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials and components as required.
  • Ability to load and unload materials using a pallet jack.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment for extended shifts of 8–10 hours.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends based on production requirements.
  • Work Environment
  • This position is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where production priorities and workloads may change throughout the day. The successful candidate must be comfortable working under time constraints while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

  • Previous electrical assembly experience is strongly preferred and may be required.
