In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local finance teams and acts as a business partner to the Marketing, Sales, or Service business manager .. to optimize financial performance for the organization under scope.
Supports in making effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and recommends the most appropriate solutions to management.

This role is contributing to the {Electrification Distribution Solution Division} in {Middle East, Africa and Turkiye Region}.
Main stakeholders are {Marketing and Sale Manager, Region Controller, Country management team and Centers of excellence (Banglore/Krakow}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
1.
Act as Finance Business Partner to the division managers Sales & Solutions / Service Managers for Saudi Arabia.
2.
Lead and develop local team of controllers and analysts.
3.
Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial results
4.
Ensure effective commercial and risk management
5.
Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, build forward looking scenarios and recommend action to management team
6.
Develop long-term and short-term financial plans.
Oversees the business planning and forecasting process.
7.
Ensures high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules and ensures timely, effective and efficient communication with internal stakeholders.

- **Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- CPA / CMA or MBA is preferrable
- 10 years of Finance experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Local Business Controller of an Engineer-to-Order business unit or equivalent complex project business.
- Structured and results-oriented Finance leader with analytical mindset.
- Change management experience and strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Office and solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI).
- English is a must, and Arabic is preferrable.
- Strong performance attitude (willingness to learn, solution-oriented mindset).
- Demonstrates highest safety and integrity standards.
- Business oriented mindset to support business development.
