Job Description
The EIC Apprentice will assist with back-end analysis, client-related activities, and field activities.
The position combines project execution and delivery with support for business development.
Major Responsibilities
- Support real estate advisory research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest and best use reports, and financial modeling.
- Prepare feasibility reports, market research reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain databases of projects, developers, and investors.
- Conduct market surveys and site inspections.
- Handle client queries and support project execution and delivery.
Competencies Required
- Financial modeling competency is required.
- Analytical skills are required.
- Report-writing skills are required.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or a Statistics-related background is required.
- Minimum experience is 0–1 year.
Compensation
- Compensation is commensurate with the market.
