Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent professional background preferred.
  • 3-5 years of pevious experience in EHS, quality, manufacturing, assembly, testing, facility operations, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable EHS and quality management standards and requirements, including OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, is considered an advantage.
  • Practical understanding of PPE requirements, hazard identification, JSA practices, emergency preparedness, training coordination, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, assembly drawings, checklists, and inspection requirements related to cabinet manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage documentation, action trackers, KPI reporting, and training records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage site personnel, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders in a professional and practical manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and recurring issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Capability to stand for long periods, walk through manufacturing areas, and climb ladders less than 6 feet during inspections or walk-down activities.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
