EHS Coordinator

Requirements

• · Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field. 3+ years of EHS experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• · OSHA, EPA, BCSP, Safety Council, or related certifications preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain RCRA/DOT certification for waste management.
• · Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret regulations, prepare reports, develop procedures, and present information effectively to employees and leadership.
• · Ability to analyze data, investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to complex EHS challenges.
• · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using EHS, risk management, project management, and database software.
• · Ability to apply basic statistical analysis, percentages, ratios, and other quantitative methods to workplace safety and environmental program
