About This Role
Main Purpose Of Job
To provide operational and systems support for the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) management systems including; OSH and environmental and sustainability initiatives, Emergency preparedness, BCPs, and other programs. The role supports risk reduction, incident prevention, and the promotion of a strong safety and sustainability culture, while administering EHSS platforms to ensure accurate real-time performance monitoring and reporting, process improvement, and compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation, and certification requirements.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of EHSS management systems and related programs.
- Coordinate and support OSH, environmental, sustainability, emergency preparedness, and BCP activities.
- Administer EHSS platforms to ensure effective system use, accurate data management, and reliable reporting.
- Maintain EHSS reports, records, and performance indicators.
- Support risk reduction and incident prevention through monitoring, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Promote a positive safety and sustainability culture through day-to-day operational support and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support standardisation of EHSS workflows.
- Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements.
- Assist with audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
