Requirements

• Education/Experience/Physical Requirements:
• Ø Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ø Strong, enthusiastic commitment to helping participants develop the skills needed to successfully complete the HiSet.
• Ø A proven ability to work well in a multi-racial/cultural setting with high risk population.
• Ø Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Ø Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Ø Must submit and pass drug testing upon hire.
• Ø A minimum of one evening shift per week is required.
• Ø Some traveling required for meetings and trainings
• Ø Must be able to walk, sit, stand during the work day.
