Overview

• The Field Trip Company AE is seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our growing team of Educational Field Leaders.
• We design and deliver curriculum-linked field trips, residential programmes, and educational experiences for schools across the UAE.
• This flexible role is ideal for:
• Qualified teachers seeking part-time work
• Teachers returning from maternity leave

• Outdoor education professionals with school experience

Responsibilities

• Lead educational day trips and residential programmes
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for students aged 11–18
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour management
• Represent The Field Trip Company AE professionally when working with schools
• Support the delivery of fieldwork, sustainability, leadership and experiential learning activities

Essential

• Experience working with school-aged students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence leading groups of up to 20-30 students
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

Desirable

• Geography, Environmental Science, Biology, Humanities or Outdoor Education background
• Experience leading educational visits or residential programmes
• UAE school experience
• First Aid qualification
