Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Consultant based in Jeddah. The Consultant will provide tailored guidance to students in selecting courses and universities, assist with application processes, and support students in navigating visa requirements. The role involves delivering high-quality counseling sessions, liaising with universities, and participating in educational events such as fairs and workshops. Maintaining a focus on customer service and student success will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and in-depth knowledge of the education sector
• Strong skills in Consulting and professional advisory roles
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and build relationships with students and stakeholders
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience in international student recruitment or education counseling is an advantage
• Must be based in Jeddah
