We are looking for qualified educational professionals to join our Pearson BTEC programs in the field of:
Business
🔹 Position: Trainer
(Trainer Role)
Deliver engaging training sessions in line with Pearson BTEC standards
Plan and prepare training materials and lesson plans
Facilitate learning and ensure active trainee participation
Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback
Support and guide trainees to achieve intended learning outcomes
Maintain accurate academic records and reports
& Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field (attested by the Ministry of Higher Education)
Relevant and valid professional certifications
Proven experience in training or academic teaching
Previous experience with Pearson BTEC programs is preferred
Important Requirement
Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE
Must hold a valid residency visa that allows official assignment/secondment as per regulations
