We are looking for a motivated Education Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding learners toward the right educational program.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
- Consult with prospective participants and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Follow up with leads using CRM systems.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, educational consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving customers across GCC countries.
- Experience in EdTech, online education, or language learning services.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
