Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Education Sales Advisor** to join our training institute.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, understanding their training needs, recommending suitable programs, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
Key Duties
- Respond to course inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide clear information about programs, schedules, fees, and registration procedures
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
- Build professional relationships with students and clients
- Update lead information and follow-up activities regularly
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding course dates and registrations
- Work toward agreed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in education, training, or course sales
- Strong sales, follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Good command of English
- Arabic communication skills are an advantage
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools is preferred
- Results-driven and comfortable working with performance targets
