Ability to handle **95–100 outbound calls daily** and achieve admission targets.
Strong experience in **lead generation, follow-up, objection handling, and sales closing**.
Fluent in **English and Hindi**. **Malayalam** is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required.

Counsel prospective students on Degree, Diploma, Professional Certification, and Corporate Training programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through consultative selling.
Manage the complete student admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
Build strong relationships with students and working professionals
Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong learning agility, adaptability, and research mentality.
