6‑month Fixed Term Contract position or Contracting (Inside IR35) – possibility of extension

As Technician for EDS Electrical to assemble & fix wiring harness routing & packaging with help of W/H guides and concept CAD for packaging components to current and future client road cars.

Essential:

· Engineering knowledge & Experience of activities (Wire Harness Design, DFMEA for

passenger Vehicles)

· Excellent communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.

· PC Literacy: CAD review systems, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

· Significant experience in use of engineering tools FMEA, DFM, DFA, Six Sigma, problem

resolution etc.

· Degree / Dipolma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline with an experience of 3

to 5 years in automotive industry or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

· Prior Experience in Electrical wiring harness routing and packaging.

· Demonstrable experience of system release responsibility from concept to

manufacture.

· Working knowledge of project delivery processes
