Job Summary
The Editing Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating editing projects from intake to delivery.
This role ensures smooth communication between clients and editors, monitors project timelines, maintains quality standards, and supports the efficient workflow of editing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming editing requests and assign tasks to editors based on workload and expertise
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, revisions, and deadlines
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of all editing assignments
- Review project briefs to ensure clarity before distribution to editing teams
- Maintain organized records of projects, versions, and client feedback
- Ensure quality control by checking edits align with client requirements and company standards
- Manage scheduling and prioritization of multiple editing projects simultaneously
- Facilitate communication between editors, designers, and clients
- Prepare status reports on ongoing and completed projects
- Support workflow improvements and efficiency in editing operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in coordination, media production, editing services, or creative operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with editing workflows (video, photo, or content editing) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creative agencies, media companies, or post-production environments
- Understanding of editing software workflows (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
