EDC Supervisor - Inbound/Outbound Operations
Role Overview
Responsible for supervising a team of inbound and/or outbound support associates.
Ensures accurate product shipments are made to the customer promptly based on customer requirements and maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
Supervises the process for finished goods inventory and day-to-day operations of people and processes, following shop rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
- Experience in logistics, operations, and management in a large distribution center.
- Extensive knowledge of operations processes. Supervisory or people management experience.
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills, as well as strong analytical skills, are highly desired.
- Bilingual skills are highly desired.
