Role Description
This part-time role as a Senior Economist/Economic Analyst is a hybrid position based in Dubai, allowing for a combination of onsite work and remote flexibility.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting economic research, performing macroeconomic analysis, and producing insightful reports and recommendations.
Key tasks will include analyzing statistical data, identifying market trends, engaging with team members to design actionable economic strategies, and providing expert insights to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Economic Research and Macroeconomics, with the ability to conduct robust analyses and develop insight-driven conclusions
- Strong Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Economics for tackling complex challenges and strategies
- Proficiency in Statistics and quantitative methodologies for data evaluation and forecasting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Economics or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in handling economic-related projects in consultancy or corporate environments
- Knowledge of local and global economic trends and their implications for businesses and organizations
