Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor
to manage daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff including associates, drivers, and support teams
- Manage daily operations: shipping, receiving, inventory & order fulfillment
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and safety improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
- Maintain warehouse 5S, cleanliness, and layout standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Use Oracle WMS / SAP, Power BI, and reporting tools for tracking performance
- Provide operational support during staff shortages when required
- Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse / e-commerce operations
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (inventory, dispatch, receiving)
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle WMS / SAP)
- Experience using handheld devices (PDT scanners)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
