Build, manage, and grow an e-commerce business from scratch, taking ownership of product research and sourcing through marketplace growth and profitability.
The role focuses on Amazon and Noon, with support for digital marketing and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Research commercially viable products using Jungle Scout and other market analysis tools.
- Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon listings, pricing, and marketplace performance.
- Assess demand, competition, sourcing costs, marketplace fees, margins, and ROI before recommending investment.
- Manage dropshipping and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and product profitability.
- Lead e-commerce projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research, and listing optimization.
- Experience in dropshipping, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, ROI, and marketplace advertising.
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Able to build an e-commerce operation from scratch and work independently.
Performance and commission
- The role includes performance commission based primarily on profitable sales and commercial results, rather than turnover alone.
- Performance is measured across commercial results, product selection and profitability, marketing efficiency, execution, and reporting.
First 90 days
Establish the operating structure, complete product research, recommend viable products, launch approved Amazon and Noon listings, and demonstrate a measurable path toward profitable sales within the first 90 days.
