Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Riyadh.
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across relevant platforms.
Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and implementing improvements to increase revenue and customer engagement.
The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, ensure accurate product content, and maintain a consistent brand experience.
The Ecommerce Specialist will also handle day-to-day operations such as inventory checks, order flows, issue resolution, and working closely with customer service to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
Qualifications
- Strong ecommerce expertise, including hands-on experience with online marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, and digital merchandising.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, run A/B tests, and make data-informed decisions to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support a high-quality customer experience.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, support promotions, and contribute to revenue targets.
- Experience with basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid campaigns, email or social commerce) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, adapt quickly in a startup environment, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
