Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for managing daily online store operations, including updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
The Ecommerce Specialist will track and analyze website performance, optimize product pages and user journeys, and support online sales campaigns and promotions.
Responsibilities also include coordinating with customer service to resolve online order issues, responding to customer inquiries related to the ecommerce experience, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive online revenue.
The role involves maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital channels and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online stores and driving digital revenue.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support online shoppers and ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and responding to customer inquiries.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with UX best practices, product merchandising, and order fulfillment workflows is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
