Role Description
This is a part-time Ecommerce Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE.
The role is hybrid, with flexibility for some work from home.
The manager oversees online sales channels, product listings, and digital storefronts supporting the Faculty's programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor online performance metrics, coordinate digital campaigns, manage promotions, and ensure accurate, engaging ecommerce content.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align ecommerce activities with strategic goals.
- Improve user experience and apply online merchandising and customer engagement best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities, recommend ecommerce tool enhancements, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- Experience in sales and ecommerce operations, including online catalogs, pricing, and promotions, is required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce marketing strategies is required.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and basic web analytics tools is required.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines is required.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Educational or non-profit experience and awareness of legal or academic services are advantageous.
