Ecommerce Intern supporting day-to-day operations of the SQUATWOLF online store.
The hands-on role offers exposure to product and website content management, promotions, merchandising, and reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Support day-to-day management of the Shopify store and maintain product information, images, prices, and collections.
- Help ensure product and website content is accurate and support merchandising, product placement, collections, and promotional updates.
- Assist with setting up and checking online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Monitor the website and flag issues with products, pages, links, pricing, or customer experience.
- Support daily sales and website performance reports, track key metrics, and identify basic trends or issues.
- Conduct competitor and market research when needed.
- Work with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams on online initiatives and other e-commerce tasks.
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and online retail; attention to detail is important.
- Comfortable working with Excel; good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with Shopify and other e-commerce tools.
- Analytical mindset and interest in understanding what drives online sales.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- Basic understanding of website merchandising or digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
