Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member

Contract: Temporary (3 Months) Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours per week, working on a rota basis As an Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the warehouse, yard, shop floor, and Head Office teams. You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels, support daily order processing, and contribute to a well‑organised, safe, and customer-focused operation. Key responsibilities include: • Picking customer orders accurately from the eCommerce Fulfilment warehouse, and collecting picked goods from the store location when needed • Packing orders using suitable packaging to ensure items arrive safely • Dispatching orders using automated or manual consigning systems • Maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishing pick locations • Receiving and putting away deliveries correctly • Communicating effectively with colleagues and sharing feedback to improve processes • Supporting health and safety standards, good housekeeping, and best practice
