Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure telecom products in Ericsson ECM Catalog
- Develop and maintain Product Catalog using ConceptWave Velocity Studio
- Configure SID-based product models and catalog publishing
- Work on EOC business processes, workflows, orchestration, and interface calls
- Implement catalog-driven orchestration framework
- Handle MDRs, business rules, and information models
- Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP/MQ services
- Develop XML/XSD/JSON-based integrations and JavaScript components
- Perform defect fixing, production support, and troubleshooting
- Participate in E2E telecom order management solution delivery
- Support upgrades/migrations across EOC/ECM versions (R16/R19/R20/R22)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OM, ON, CRM, Billing, and Provisioning
