Qualifications
- Required Associate's Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Required skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through schooling training and experience related to echo including in two-dimensional, doppler, color doppler, transesophageal echocardiology (TEE), transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echo and understanding of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs
- Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in two-dimensional, doppler, color doppler, transesophageal echocardiology (TEE), transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echos and understanding of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs
- CRT-Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered (RDCS) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required or CRT-Cardiac Sonographer, Registered (RCS) - UNKNOWN Unknown Upon Hire required
- CRT-Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
