Harrow International School Dubai
is seeking to appoint an outstanding
ECA Coordinator
to join its founding school.

Job Purpose
The ECA Coordinator is an important role within the Academic Leadership Team responsible for coordination of all extra-curricular activities to support with the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and update teachers regarding ECA timetables and student elective choices i.e. all homeroom teachers given student ECA choices and location
- Inform receptionist regarding changes to ECA timetable and location
- Prepare and monitor half yearly ECA timetable
- Liaise with parents via websites and newsletter
- Cover absent teachers during ECAs
- Form part of the middle management group to model and support school policy and decision making
Qualifications
- Good level of Education, ideally Bachelors degree holder with excellent written and spoken English
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field
