Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver **age-appropriate activities** based on EYFS or nursery curriculum
• Create a **safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment** for children
• Support children’s **social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development**
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress
• Maintain **health, safety, and child protection standards** at all times
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s development
• Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior
• Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management

Requirements (UAE Standard)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in **Early Childhood Education** or related field
• CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) – preferred/required in UAE nurseries
• Minimum **1–2 years of nursery or early years experience**
• Knowledge of **EYFS framework** or similar curriculum
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Passion for working with young children
