Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Manage project diaries, key meetings, meeting locations, and calendars of planned events.
• Schedule and organize meetings and conference calls with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support travel-ticket bookings for project team members.
• Plan workshop and area-visit logistics, including stay, food, and printing.
• Record minutes and action points, maintain the project database, and organize documentation.
• Coordinate training invitations, cut-off points, confirmations or alternative dates, and delegate pre-work and session information.
• Provide administrative support for internal and external tools used across EY offices.
• Capture, process, and administer business information.

Skills and attributes

• Manage concurrent activities with strong multitasking, prioritization, organization, and time management.
• Demonstrate administration, problem-solving, project coordination, and comfort using IT systems.
• Communicate well in writing and speech, work collaboratively or independently, and deal diplomatically with clients.
• Adapt to deadlines, changing conditions, and work outside normal hours when required.
• Show professionalism, attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to interact with senior management.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and fair knowledge of MS Outlook.

Qualifications and experience

• Any graduate or postgraduate qualification is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
• One to four years of experience is listed as ideal.
• At least one year of team-based virtual secretarial services experience is preferred.
