Own end-to-end delivery of a wholesale and digital banking transformation programme across workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders.
The role is based in Sharjah, UAE, with an onsite work model.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the master integrated programme plan across vendors and workstreams, including Intellect, China Systems, and Veefin.
- Drive governance through SteerCos, PMO reviews, executive reporting, RAIDD management, and decision forums.
- Manage cross-vendor dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and delivery roadblocks.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Align release plans, milestones, testing, readiness, and production deployment activities.
- Report status to senior leadership and drive escalations and timely decisions.
- Monitor performance against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Requirements
- Director-level programme delivery experience in banking transformation programmes.
- Digital banking experience is required.
- Strong multi-vendor delivery governance experience.
- Experience with executive reporting, SteerCos, and RAIDD management.
- Must be UAE-based and available to start December 1st or earlier.
Terms and pay
- Duration is 4–6 months.
- Rate is AED 40,000–45,000 per month.

- The role is onsite in Sharjah, UAE.
