Overview
Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for an E-Invoicing Solutions Engineer to support the implementation, integration, and delivery of electronic invoicing solutions for clients.
The role will focus primarily on system integrations, including APIs, SFTP, and other data exchange methods, while also supporting client onboarding, solution delivery, and commercial coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full integration lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions to configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
include handling API and file-based integrations, mapping invoice data, coordinating connectivity with client ERP or business systems, preparing technical documentation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
The role also requires working directly with clients and supporting the sales-to-delivery process by assisting in solution discussions, requirements gathering, implementation planning, and ongoing support.
