E-Commerce Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Process online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactions

Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and order updates

Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staff

Monitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concerns

Support third-party marketplace orders and maintain accurate product availability

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional service

Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processes

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

1–3 years of customer service, retail, administrative, or e-commerce experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Ability to learn e-commerce and order management systems

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Physical Requirements

Frequently sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer

Occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to work additional hours during peak retail seasons as needed
